went to pick up a phoned in order Monday evening only to receive wrong order for this I paid for the wrong order but the only male if you want to call him that I had other words for him total abnoxious jerk I hope the owner of this place is prowd of the garbadge he has working for him felt bad for the girls they were polite yes last pizza I will buy at this place pizza was good but not giving my business to idiots

I would give ZERO stars if possible. I literally argued with the owner on the phone about a delivery deal posted on their website. They have a deal under "delivery" section for two pizzas for $13.99. I called to place the order and the owner told me no it's $15.99. I told him about the website stating the deal was $13.99 and he essentially told me I couldn't read and that I was wrong. He proceeded to tell me he designed the website and he knows exactly what the website says. I wish I could post the screenshot of the website page and post it here. It was probably the most frustrating thing of my life, to be staring at an ad in front of my eyes and the person on the other end telling me I'm stupid and I can't read properly. He told me it was $15.99 and I could take it or leave it. I honestly don't care about the money aspect of it, I was more so angry about him being so rude about it and questionining my ability to read. So realizing he wouldn't honour his price online, I gave up and just ordered it anyway. I placed my order and he hung up on me without saying goodbye. I live about a 5 minute drive from the store, so after about an hour goes by with no sign of my food, I call the store. The person tells me the driver is stuck in traffic on franklin, and he will be another 10 minutes. I live on the opposite side of town, so you don't need to drive on franklin whatsoever to get to my house. And naturally, there are hundreds of "side streets" you can take to easily avoid Franklin even if he was on that side of town. Another 25 minutes goes by and he finally shows up and doesn't even say a word when I open the door. He hands me the two pizzas and the debit machine. I pay, pull my card out and he turns around and walks away. And just as I suspected, the pizza was so cold it felt like it had just come out of a fridge. I will NEVER order from this place again! I have never met an owner that was more of an asshole in my entire life. Customer service is something that doesn't exist at this store! Stay very far away!
